25 HP Yamaha Enduro - What Boat to put it on? any ideas?

Hi,
I have a old but like new yamaha enduro 25. (only been used for about 5 hours)
It is long shaft but i also have a short shaft leg that i can change over.
I want quite a fast boat, and be able to have a few passengers.
And for the boat to be cheap.
Anyone got any ideas?
(has to be under 16ft due to beach space)

3 or 4 people in a boat smaller than 16 that will go fast with a 25 is not a reality in my opinion, but a 16 wide flat bottom aluminum light weight boat may git you where you need to go
