Hello, I have a newer 25 hp yamaha 2 stroke outboard enging that will not go full throttle in foward gear. When I try to twist the throttle, it twists halfway and then is stuck, not allowing me to twist the throttle further to full power. The engine revs up to full power in neutral and reverse just fine, only in foward gear does the twist throttle get stuck before full power can be achieved. Occassionally I have been able to get it unstuck by twisting the throttle harder, but now it seems to be stuck for good.
Any ideas? For now I'm just driving around like i'm in a never ending no-wake zone haha.
