Suzuki 140 Power tilt and trim problem

Hello i have a suzuki 140 power tilt and trim motor works great and has fluid in it but its not working if i tilt the motor up it takes a little bit for the trim to come all the way out then when you put the motor down on them it goes right back down but i dont see any leaks could there be air built up in the lines.?
