I am working on my landlords boat tomorrow and he is having trouble with the trim going up all the way and at the right speed. The motor goes just past the back end of the trim bracket and then stops and it goes slow as well. When it stops it sounds like its strugling. So my question is how do i servise the hydrolics on the trim assembly? I see 2 fill plugs one is a hex shaped bolt/cap on what seems like the res. to the right if your looking at it and another coulpret is a sloted flat head screw plug kinda in the middle of the 2 lower pistons and the big piston in the middle. So witch do i fill and how? I used the search and found nothing definitive on this particular model. I am not a boat mechanic but am an auto technician and just not sure what to do exactly.
