About a year and a half ago, I was on the water and got a warning buzzer. I limped back in, and tried to duplicate the buzzer on a hose after going over the motor with a fine toothed comb. I have not gotten a buzzer again until today. It was while I was starting it, and it immediately went out after the motor was started. I am thinking that it might be an oil float switch acting up, but I'm not entirely sure. I do not have any OEM gauges on it, I am in the process of ordering some. It should also be mentioned that I've only had it on the water a couple of times since then, and I deployed for awhile, so the boat has not been started in over a year.

Re: Yamaha 200 TXRS warning buzzer

One other question with regard to gauges. What is the best (and most affordable) gauge to get? I was looking at gauges online, and I have no idea what to get or what will work with my wiring harness... I have a speedometer, I need temp/tach/oil.
