Yamaha 50TLR won't throttle up all the way

I have searched the threads and never found the same problem I am having.

Got this boat from my uncle who is no longer with us so thats why I am on here looking for help. Took the boat out and got it to start and idle just fine, but when I go to take off it dies. Engine is a 2006 and was taking out about 5 times total. Gas has Seafoam in it the oil is good. Spark Plugs look like it is running rich on oil. If I have it idle and go to raise the High idle it revs up really strong and sounds good. Whenever I go to take off fast, slow, or even nice and easy it will die or only gives me half throttle when the throttle is all the way open.

Hope its not to confusing to understand. My uncle never changed anything on the engine.

Sounds like you need to pull and clean the carbs.
DO not keep running it that way, as a cylinder running lean fuel/air mix will hurt pistons and cylinder walls
