Suzuki 115 stalling at idle

I have a 2005 115 4 stroke with 3200 hours on it. At 1000 rpms or higher it sounds and runs great with no problems. when i cut the engine to idle it either dies or gets really close. occasionally it will sound better and hold a higher rpm and sound fine but it will return to the low idle and stall out. Carbon build up?
thanks

Check fuel line? Possible to have very small leak that effects performance only at idle.
BTW-Do you really have three thousand two hundred hours on that 5 year old motor, or was that a typo?

Re: Suzuki 115 stalling at idle

most likely your iac valve is not doing its job right.
IAC = Idle Air Control valve.
the ECM with input of sensors makes the iac valve open or close more or less as needed.

Good luck

I agree.
On the Yamahas, cleaning the IAC will help improve a bad idle.
It's worth a try
