Help identifying 150hp yamaha powerhead year

I need help identfying a 150hp yamaha 2 cycle id tage was lost!!
crankshaft broke below flywheel and was lost!!!
numbers on block are white paper 701290 !!!
in block casting 64E 00 !!
in block casting 6R500 and 6R300
in block casting 9/5 below that /5 below that 2/

top bearing 6E500
regulator #6G5-A0

it has a three sensor pickup under where the flywheel was

I am trying to find out which flywheel and crank shaft I need!!!
Is this a 95 or 96???

gotta be older than 96 if its a US market motor.
some good pics from both sides and the rear with the CDI cover removed may help.
