2002 df 115 suzuki

motor will trim up but not down.have swapped green and blue wires and will trim up on down switch.connected straight to battery and motor will trim up and down. have replaced down relay and motor still wont go down.

check the blue wire at the relay, when you are pushing the down button. If the blue does not show ground at this time. the up relay is bad or bad ground wire from up relay. Just replace the up relay with the old down relay and try it.
