yamaha 115 compression

hi,i have problems with my yamaha 115hp 1993 (4 cylinders).
When is on neutral i can idle it hi rpm,but when is in the water and i am on forward gear cant get higher rpm.
I did measure the compression 1-125 ,2-123,3-128,4-122

My question is is that good compression for that motor,and what can be the problem?

numbers look good
sounds like a dirty fuel system, try cleaning the carbs,lines and replace the fuel pump.
