I'm familiar with the concept on my Evinrude outboard to have the water stream to show that the water pump is working.
I just got a 1982 DT2 to run (bad condenser), but this is the first time I've seen the engine run. I don't see any water streams above the water line, so either the DT2 does not have them, or the pump is bad.
Should I see a stream somewhere?
Thanks
PS. Attached is a picture of the only thing remotely resembling a water output, but the fact that there are two seems weird to me. Also it seems like a bit of oily exhaust (though I see no smoke), not water, is coming out.
