Yamaha 200 2 stroke water pump

We cannot get the gearcase to break free to change the water pump. what is the secret to get that apart?

1st secret is to do it once per year or every 200 hours whichever occurs first,just like the maint schecdule says.
second secret is make sure all the bolts are out.
post the full model number and how many 14mm hex head bolts did you remove.
