25hp Suzuki exhaust bolts

What is an easy way to remove the bottom two exhaust bolts on my 25 hp suzuki? I have taken all out except the bottom two and they are loose.

Welcome to the forum ..... not sure what you are asking, if they loose take them out .....

The bottom of the caling is in the way and dont know if I have to move caling or pull head?

If you wanto take the exhaust off you need to pull the head .....
