I have a 1986 Suzuki DT75TC and my overheat alarm goes off if I give it more than 2/3- 3/4 throttle. If I shut it off wait a sec, start it, and then run up to 1/2 throttle the alarm never goes off. I understand that it could possibly be the waterflow switch. Does anybody know the location of this, and does this switch go by any other names. I own the official Suzuki service manual but I can't find this switch in there. I have replaced my thermostat, and cleaned and tuned my carb but this did not solve the problem. I have also considered that it might be my overheat switch, but havn't tested it yet. (not sure how).
Thanks in advance for any help.

Re: Overheat buzzer Suzuki DT75

Replaced heat switch, new impeller, cleaned carbs, new thermostat. Did them all one at a time. It turned out to be the impeller.
Thanks to everybody with knowledge I read a ton of other threads.
