2002 yamaha 150 hpdi oil injection problem

i have replaced pump on remote tank, still wont fill tank on motor. does work off emergency switch. oil sender is working it sounds warning horn. i continuity tested all wires on tank harness from motor to tank. i even swapped cdi's.(twins) i also replaced trim sender because it was stuck. im running out of ideas. Any suggestions?

best is to quit pokin n hopin.
no senders or sensors for any oil related functions.
simply 4 on/off switches.
do some forum searches on precison blend.
HPDI doesnt use anything trim related for oil transfer.
what are the visual indicates on the tach at key on power?

the gauge indicator does read level correctly. i believe theres a bad wire on engine harness. does anyone have a wiring diagraghm for this motor.

thanks rodbolt after reading up on precision blend i better check remote tank switch for continuity.

if you dont have continuity on the remote tank switch you get a yellow lamp on the tach and automatic oil transfer is inhibited.

Update it was the connection at sensor in remote tank. Continuity tested black and blk/red wires-no continuity so checked sensor -continuity. Cleaned up connection working good now.

you should have had a yellow or center bar indicate on that tach.
