lost power last time out did a compression test and had only 15psi on lower/left cylinder.
pulled off cylinder head and found destroyed piston.
cylinder not scored up.
how hard is it to change out piston? (i have the time, tools and the garage) just not familiar with outboards
what parts do i need? or might need?
