My 60 4 stroke on full lock is further off centre on one lock than the other..it is turning more left than right on full lock. Is this correctable..? do I need to change the steering link rod..? can I adjust the small tiller bracket..? The main steering rod travels full distancve all correctly and the motor swings further both ways when disconnected... just seems to not be centred when connected.
