I recently bought a 1971 Silverline 15ft runabout that came with a 1983 Suzuki DT50.
Being new to boating, i wanted to play it safe and take all of the necessary precautions before launching it onto the bay.
I re-did all of the electrical wiring, installed a new switch panel, changed the plugs on the engine and had a friend of mine test the compression on the cylinders.
Prior to the compression test, the engine started right up, since then, it cranks but it will not start..
i have sparks on both of the plug wires, gas seems to be flowing well, what else could it be ?
any help and advise would be greatly appreciated
