yamaha outboard control question

I have a 99 Yamaha P60 and I am moving it from a console skiff to another hull. The control is currently mounted on the right side of the console, but when I move it to the other boat, it will need to mount facing the other way, on the right side of the boat. Is there a simple way to reverse this, or do I need a totally different control?
