How can I tell fuel mix and correct manual for Yamaha 5hp

I have acquired a Yamaha 5HP with the following codes:
6E 3K s 1019967 5CMH.

I have no idea what the codes mean and therefore cannot identify the model and which manual I need.

How can I find out what Petrol/Oil mixture to use?

Use 50:1 fuel mix. I had a 4HP Yamaha for years and it was a nice, dependable motor, hope you have good luck with yours.
