1994 Suzuki DT40C Cooling problem

Hi,

Subject outboard (2 Cyl - 2 stroke) not used much in past 3 years. Not cranked in past 12 months. Runs fine, but not cooling properly. Changed water pump impeller & gaskets. Also put in new thermostat. Checked all water outlets with compressed air; found no plugged outlets. When running, water comes out pilot discharge hole (pee-hole). However, no water comes out water overflow outlet (rear of shaft housing) or the Prop water outlet as it should. Impeller was installed with vanes pointing in correct direction.

Sounds like you will need pull head and to check for blockage in passages
