6G7-85830-13-00 CONTROL UNIT ASY needed for my 1985 225hp Yamaha v6 special edition

I need a replacement 6G7-85830-13-00 CONTROL UNIT ASY for my 1985 225hp Yamaha v6 special edition. I can't find one anywhere. The ones i do find are out of stock and at least $1400. Any help you can give me to locate, or possibly fix or bypass this part, will be greatly appreciated.

list price is closer to 1600,still shows its a valid number.
fits 85 and 86 v6 special engines.
do some searching in posts about 2003,cant remember the guys name but he had a bunch of that stuff.
what makes you think your ECU is bad ?
remember, on that motor the ECU controls spark but does not generate it.
