hello, I own a 200hp yamaha vmax HPDI engine, last week worked motror different thought on changing the spark plugs and I did it was with some charcoal, after that kindled me perfectly but with the same symptoms of the beginning, review the work of the coils of each piston and do it well, check the pressure of each cylinder and that in 120 the six, then put the new spark plugs, try to turn it many times and I fail, please I might suggest something about thanks David

If I understand you properly ,it have good compression and good spark on all cylinders, but will not start.

If this is true then you need to start looking at fuel problems.
Do a forum search on HPDI and read up on all the different pumps and filters and screens that need to be checked. You need a Yamaha service manual to help you troubleshoot you motor problems and do normal maintenance to keep the motor running properly.
