I have a 2008 Suzuki DF115K8 that I want to install a trim gage. Which wire at the center console provides the signal to the gage? I just ordered a shop manual, but it was for the wrong year and shows two wires coming from trim sender extension. My trim gage has 4 leads , 2 hot (1 for gage , 1 for light), 1 ground and 1 sender signal. The diagram for the sender extension has a black and a /whiteyellow wire. I'm lost, can anyone help?

Susuki wire harness, black is ground, white/yellow is sender. You may have to buy wire set for trim gage.

Clanton,

Thanks for the info. From what you wrote, can I surmise that there was no change between the 2007 sender and the 2008? My harness has both those wires wrapped in electrical tapen and not connected.

Thanks again
