suzuki dt 85 has no spark

hi ev1 i have a dt 85 suzuki that has no spark was told buy a mech that it was either the power pack or stator so i replaced both and still have no spark
wot do i start looking at or doing now any help greatly apprciated ...

motor was running fine until last trip out when on the way in it suddenly stopped tried to start her took a little but it started so straight to ramp it died agian just b4 ramp took and got home tried to flus nothing just flattened 2 batterys called out a mech who said it has no spark the back of the power pack when removed was clean as on the back not scared or fried but changed anyway

so if anyone out there has any knowledge please reply thnx

You did check for a defective kill switch? Or a defective ign switch?

You need to get a service/ repair manual for your motor and start testing. Just replacing parts gets expensive and is a waist of time and money.

here is a troubleshooting guide from CDI that will give you some idea of what is needed for troubleshooting, but you need to buy a manual to give you the proper info for your motor.
