2004 yamaha 200 hpdi- bogging problem

I have a 04 200 hpdi, it started of when i would go to get on a plane it would have a slight miss then it would clear up, then it got worse now as soon as it gets out of an idle and i give it throttle it tends to bog down it will run fine for a sec then bog down, i changed the plugs but still have the same prob, any other ideas?

when was the last time the VST filter and the medium pressure inline filter were serviced? supposed to be once per year or every 200 hours.
when was the last compression test?
this engine had a propensity to pop pistons if fuel system maint is neglected.
when was the last time the oil system was serviced to include changing the remote oil tank filter?
when was the last time you checked the high pressure fuel rail pressure?
some of this takes some training and some tooling.
