Yamaha 2002 115 warning buzzer

My 2002 yamaha 115 gives a warning buzzer when key turned on. I have checked the oil tanks level. the oil is being pumped from bottom tank to top tank. Also when engine running I cannot accelerate as motor seems to be in limp node. It starts missing real bad if increase rpm over idle. What can I check.

You need to get a service manual for your motor and see what all will bring it in and how to test. Temp, oil level, oil flow?
You do not want to run it if it has to do with the oil
