100:1 Mix for new 15HP Yamaha??

My friend has just got a new 15HP 2009 Yamaha 2 stroke. His dealer told him to run a 16oz bottle of oil first trip out in 6 gallons of gas. His book says mix 25:1 first trip out and then 100:1 after break in. I told him do what the manufacturer says not the dealer. Is anyone else really running 100:1 mix in these motors?

The Yamaha book says 100:1 fuel/oil mix for that motor, but use double the oil for the break-in period or maybe first couple of tanks. Break it in right by the book and motor will run like a top! Good Luck!
