1987 V6 175 Yamaha runs like it's missing

My engine is acting like it's not firing on the all cylinders, all coils ohms out good, carbs are rebuilt, and there is spark to all holes and compression. Fuel pumps are new. It acts like it's running on 5 and in fact doesn't change much when you pull a plug wire even though all have spark. Any ideas would be appreciated. This a non YMIS engine and has 3, 2 barrell carburetors, with 2 floats each, all floats are exact to factory spec.

what is the CDI output peak voltage and what is the secondary KV reading at the rpm range its missing ?
