Yamaha 2002 OX66 250 hp speedo

I know there are numerous posts which deal with the question of unclogging the speedo intake on the motor. I have read them all and am trying to unclog mine. However, on my motors, i cannot find the intake hole. Is the intake on the 250 saltwater series different from others? could someone please help me find that darn thing! Thanks,

same spot. little tiny tube about 3" above the centerline of the propshaft on the gearcase leading edge.
DO NOT use a power drill as the bit usually clogs and snaps off. use a hand drill. like a torch tip cleaner.
