Yamaha F225 loose steering

Want to tighten the steering on this Yamaha F225. Non-hydraulic - cable system. Not a clue where to start. Any help would be appreciated.

check your helm very carefully especially if its single cable.
all the single cable systems I have seen are rated to 150HP or 50 MPH then either a dual cable setup or hydraulic is reccomended.
