My motor will turn over but won't start.The buzzer won't come on either. I removed the ECM relay and jumpered out one side of the plug and the buzzer came on and the engine started. Is there any way to test the ECM relay? Also 3 of the terminals on the relay plug shows 12 volts and the other terminal shows about 2 volts. If anyone can help me with this problem I sure would appreciate it.
