Bad weekend for my skiff. On it's first run of the year, I found the throttle difficult to switch into gear and I applied so much pressure, the reverse cable (rod) brok inside the gear box (I also found the wires bent out where the reverse cable feeds into the motor). Now the boat's stuck in forward with a busted reverse. If anyone can help shed some light on a fix I would really appreciate the advice.
