hi there have suzuki dt4 1993 with a weried nosie from the upper of the engine nosie happens when you rev the engine in nutral it slows engine down to a stop have replace the crank Bearings so not them nosie does not happen when gearbox is off but checked the box and looks fine really need sum help before i put a match to it cheers chris

Is the splined cavity of the crankshaft filled up with grease or some other muck. If it is you could have a pressure load on the crank shaft and bearings when you bolt the lower up to the housing.

do you mix enough oil with the fuel?

problem is not fuel put extra oil in to see if would help does not plus had piston out and all looks fine .have looked and no unwanted greese in the spline cavity all looks good just wondering if there is a bush that hold the shaft in place.shaft is not bent and teeth look in good nick cheers chris:redface:
