15 hp yamaha 1996

My yamaha 15 2 stroke dies after running for a few minutes. I prime the bulb, choke it, and it cranks right back up and runs again for several minutes. This is repeated continuously. I can pull the choke out about halfway and it will run about half throttle, but not wide open.

Sure sounds like a fuel supply trouble, David. Could be anything from a restricted vent in your fuel tank to a failing fuel pump.
