Hi,
I have been having some problems with my Tilt/Trim. It is a Shinko model motor and will go down but not up (rather, sometimes it will not go up).
I think it has something to do with the wiring (see images attached).
First, what are the gadgets that the wires connect to in the first photo? Is it a solenoid. One for up and one for down? What does it do?
Secondly, in the second photo, is the big phillips head screw (below the smaller one) the correct place on the motor to fill up with ATF fluid?
