Suzuki DT50 1984 stange noise

Hi,
I have a Suzuki DT50 1984 outboard. Every so often, 5 minutes or so it make a real loud noise (hard to explain a noise in words). I'm no mechanic, but it sounds like something exhaust/air escaping at real high pressure. The sound is short and sharp.

Could this be a bad seal on my main head gasket?

it is called a lean sneeze, trademark of the suzuki, sounds like a loud quick whistle right? nothing to worry about really ..... Time for a good carb clean and sync .....

Yeah, a loud quick whistle would be a good way to describe it....very LOUD.
