Suzuki Kill Switch Ground Point?

15 HP Suzuki kill switch will not stop engine-switch is OK but cannot find the ground indication on either wires (blue/pink or black wire) on the engine side if connector. Have removed the starter cord assembly-1 wire should go to engine ground but cannot find where wire goes. Has anyone had similar problem?

Probably a dirty ground connection. Check all the points where the black wires terminate and clean the connections. You should have it then.
