I got a 30 hp triple 2 stroke suzuki, year is 1992. Sometimes when I take off slowly it seems like it will stall, then jump into a high idle and take off like a scared rabbit. I already tried plugs, and found a plug cap torn and replaced it. Should I try fuel filters????? Any input is greatly appreciated. The motor ran fine last summer, acted up once or twice last fall (motor used for duck hunting) now just acts up all the time
