Depending on age/corrosion, it is not an easy job. How much corrosion do you have? Is it frozen or can you still move the engine? Alot of times the corrosion is only on the surface, and can be cleaned down and painted, also if the steering is frozen, with a little time and patience(and some penetrating lube) you can free it up.
