I have have a 9.9 Suzuki with about 10 hours of run time. After warming up it runs best low& medium speeds with at least half choke on. Is there a mixture adjustment on this carb? I can only find an idle speed screw. Are there any carb drawings online. Thanks

It sounds like you have a gunked up carb. Take it off, take it apart, and clean it.

Although I do not have a lot of experience with four strokes, this motor is NEW. I have no idea as to how it could have a "gunked up" carb already. It has about ten hours on it, six last fall & about four this year, it was foggged & had stabilizer put in the fuel when it was stored.

If it is so new with so few hours...then it must still be under warranty....maybe you should take it back to the dealer....

It gets gunked up sitting over the winter, not from engine hours. The new E10 fuel only has a 3 month shelf life, and you could have even used older than last fall's fuel.
