I purchased this motor with approx 75 hours on it, and have since put another 75 on it. When fluke fishing which involves motoring, drfiting, then motoring, and so on, I will get an overheat warning after a minute (more or less) of running (any speed) after each drift. I can shut down the motor, then restart immediately, which apparently resets the sensor (I can run continuously at all speeds afterward without issue). This does not happen if I motor to a location and let the boat sit for a while. The heat sensor, impellers and t-stats, have all been replaced, and the local authorized Suzuki mechanic tells me that this is an issue they have run into but have not been able to fix. They tell me this will not harm the engine, but it is annoying and can be tricky if you are running through choppy waters or with other boats around. Any ideas?
