Just noticed my 1997 30 hp Suz. is not charging my battery. My depth finder shows battery charge on it. When running fast it used to showaround 14-15 volts. and now never reads above 11.xx . So something happened to the charging system. Does this motor have a regulator or a flywheel magneto? Is this something I can troubleshoot myself. My tach and everything works fine just no charging.
