Do injected outboards get varnish problems from sitting fuel

Hi all, carby outboards that are not used enough get fuel evaporating in the float bowls (unless drained or run dry) and varnish occurs and sediment gets into the idle circuits...what then of injected motors. Surely fuel sits in the injector rails and when that evaporates then shoots crap into the injectors...surely given the tolerances of the injectors thats asking for problems with the injectors with an expense fix?

Keen to hear what people have found with this

your best bet is to drain the vapor separator tank and pull off all the lines from the fuel pump(s) and blow them out...this way the expensive high pressure fuel pump in the tank won't get gummed up...we've had some success cleaning them up (and the injectors also) in our ultrasound tank
