I have a1988 DT20. The motor is in good shape except that it could use boring and oversize pistons. NLA from Suzuki and Wiseco doesn't make them.
Any ideas as to possible sources would be most welcome.

Re: Suzuki piston.

Thanks for the response MMD5.
Browns point is my first port of call for Suzuki but these pistons are NLA from Suzuki. Hoping someone will know of another potential source. Wiseco doesn't make them either.
Thanks.

Sorry about that. I wasn't sure what NLA ment - then my brain warmed up and started working. Sierra looks like they make a .50 piston and ring set kit for DT25's for the 1988 model year. Iboats should be able to supply them as they distribute Sierra product (but I couldn't find it on their website store). You may want to try these guys if iboats doesn't have them.

It is located on the bottom left corner.

Hope that helps. I saw some on ebay a while back back couldn't find any today.

Re: Suzuki piston.

Thanks again MMD5.
Looks like Sierra skipped the 20HP model so I am still hoping.
I checked all the part numbers models up and down, even the 3cylinder models but no luck.
Valiant service.
Thanks.
