Blowing Fuses on '85 Yamaha 115 HP

Lately my '85 Yamaha 115 has been blowing the 20 amp fuse in the engine when I shut the engine off and then re-start. It seems to blow it when I turn the ignition key to the on position. Does anyone have a solution to the problem? Thanks a bunch!

you have a short to ground somewhere
clean all connections
