Yamaha Lower unit lube and winterizing

I have a 9.9 Yamaha 4 stroke and was wondering if there is any special lube needed for the lower unit? Also is there anything special needed for winterizing a 4 stroke. I am going to order a manual for this but have not gotten to it. Any reccomendations on which manaual to get? Seloc or OEM?

the owners manual should tell you
change oil
change lower unit oil
stabilizes the gas and run through the motor
keep the motor tilted down
fogg the cylinders
