1991 Suzuki Main Nozzle Cap

I've tore down my carbs on a 1991 Suzuki DT30. The main nozzle caps are loose and fall out on all 3 carbs. Can any one tell me if this is what they are supposed to do? I think that they should stay in and not fallout????? They are still some what soft and don't look severly dried up. Has any one any info or dealt with this problem before?

no they are not suppose to fall out .... take a pic .....

Thanks for the info. The new plugs are on threr way.

take a pic of the nozzels that you are describing that is falling out, so I can get a better idea of what you are talking about ....
