2006 Yamaha 115 4 stroke blowing 3rd Piston

I have a carolina Skiff DLV 21.8. I have blown the 3rd Piston 3 times in this engine. Yamaha has come to rebuild it themselves perplexed with what is going on. It still happened even after they rebuilt it themselves. I need to know if anyone else is having this Problem, as of right now i am getting screwed around by Yamaha on this. This has happened everytime the engine has hit 20 hours. They have broke the engine in themselves and it still happened. Anyone had this same thing happen?
