I acquired a 1992 Yamaha outboard, and I am in the process of painting it and will installl it this weekend. It came with a control, as well as a digital gauge. My boat already has gauges, and I have a nice Morse control that I would like to continue using. I thought that I had the manual for this engine, but I think that I forgot to get it from the seller when I bought it. anyway, I will need to wire this engine into my current gages, ign. switch, etc. Maybe someone has a diagram or some advice on how to do this. Thanks.
I am upgrading from a 1974 Johnson, by the way, it should be a nice upgrade.
